Questions
Which apps does it work in?
Native text fields everywhere: Mail, Notes, Messages, Xcode, Pages and most third-party apps. Browsers and Electron apps use the keyboard engine. Click and Scroll work in nearly every app.
Will it fight with Vim in my terminal?
No. Terminal, iTerm2 and VS Code are off out of the box, and you can turn any mode off for any app.
Why does it ask for permissions?
Accessibility lets VimWhere read and edit text and find buttons. Input Monitoring lets it see your shortcuts. Everything happens on your Mac.
Does it work with my keyboard layout?
Yes. Keys are read through your input source, and label and scroll keys have presets for QWERTY, Dvorak and Colemak.
